Terms and conditions
1. Entries will be taken between Tuesday 10th April 2012 and Friday 13th April 2012 from 7:15am to 6pm only (the competition period). Entries made after this time will not be considered but may still be charged.
2. The winner will be selected at random from all the correct entries received during the competition period.
3. The only valid entry route is to text the word PAY plus your answers (either A B C or D) to 61025. Entries by any means other than this are not valid.
4. Each text message will cost £1 plus your standard text message rate. For every second text entry you make, an extra free entry will automatically be entered into the prize database.
For example, 1st TEXT = 1 entry made (1 charged at £1 + std network rate)
2nd TEXT = 2 entries made (1 charged at £1 + std network rate and 1 not charged)
3rd TEXT = 1 entry made (1 charged at £1 + std network rate)
4th TEXT = 2 entries made (1 charged at £1 + std network rate and 1 not charged) etc
This special offer must be claimed on the same day of original first text and will not carry over to another competition.
5. The winner will be chosen at random. Before we award the prize we may make checks by phone to ensure the winner is aware of the competition and fit to appear on air.
6. The cash will be delivered as soon as possible on the evening of the competition. Certain factors (such as, but not limited to, traffic, illness, location) may prevent this from happening. If this is the case Radio City will make every endeavour to make sure the cash is delivered as quickly as possible by the quickest means.
7. You must be 16 years or older to participate in Radio City's £1000 Pay Day.
8. Radio City will endeavour to make all reasonable efforts to contact the randomly selected potential winner shortly after the competition closes to ensure they meet any relevant terms and conditions before awarding them the prize. In the event that the first randomly selected person cannot be verified as a legitimate winner (including but not limited to not being contactable or unable to verify identity or personal details) Radio City reserve the right to move on after a period to the next randomly selected potential winner and repeat the process above.
