WHO IS JO?
I am Jo and I have been running for around 4 years. When I first started I couldn't even run a mile without stopping gasping for breath!
I signed up to a Race For Life with some friends and after the race I had the bug. I began to sign up for other races of 5k distances but after a few of these short races I decided to up my game. In 2008 I joined Liverpool Running Club where the group running and encoragement helped me to get stronger and faster.
In 2009 I set a challenge to complete my first half marathon and ended up completing 15 races in total that year, five of these where half marathons. But this was not enough so in 2010 I set my new goal of the London Marathon. I completed the marathon dispite a number of injuries and then decided to rest my body.

Jo called into the Radio City Tower to meet Rossie and Co...
