Thank You for Supporting Pete's wheelchair appeal

We would like thank everyone who supported Pete, in association with Whizz Kidz, in his passionate quest to raise the necessary funds to provide Conor and Natasha with the bespoke wheelchairs.
Thanks to all our supporters the teenagers will now be able to have the independence, freedom and enable them to have the fun and active childhood they deserve.
Natasha, 15, from Wirral, suffers from cerebral palsy and needs a powered wheelchair at an estimated cost of £3,000.
She loves playing on the computer keyboard and making a lot of noise with musical instruments! Her favourite instrument is the drums.
Natasha’s father Darren said: “Natasha’s current wheelchair only allows her to use one arm so she tends to go around in circles when she tries to use the equipment on her own.
"With a powered wheelchair from Whizz-Kidz she will be able to use both arms and manoeuvre herself. This will give her a lot more mobility and independence, especially at school.
"A new wheelchair will change her life.”
Conor has just recently turned 14, he lives in Liverpool and needs a powered wheelchair with an estimated cost of £7,000. He has a sister called Lucy who is 11 years old. His favourite colour is blue.
He loves playing on his Playstation and enjoys fast cars - especially anything to do with Formula 1!
Conor's mum Anne said: "A powered wheelchair from Whizz-Kidz will make such a huge difference to all our lives. With the new equipment, Connor will be able to keep up with his school friends, have fun and play.
"He will be able to access more at school such as the work benches in the Science Laboratory as his new chair will have a riser seat which will lift him up and down.
"He will be a lot more independent and be able to do everything that a young teenager would like to do.”
